contrary to popular belief, hash, weed and other 'stimulating herbs' do have a negative effect on ones body AND mind and can in fact cause long time health problems.
I know a guy (in fact we went to primary school together) who's abused 'soft' substances a bit too much and will never be the same. hence I'm not actually a big fan of smoking pot.
This may only apply to selected individuals, i don't know, but the example is a bit too close to home to ignore.
I just smoked regular cigarettes... they were easy to quit
Now I'm healthy, no nasty coughs anymore, I do drink though

Being a now X-weed user i do know the effects... like i said my lung collapsed be cause smoking bongs requires a large lung capacity... I just pushed mine a little too far... I got my self in quite a mess, thought i just had indigestion for three days before ending up in hospital for a couple of weeks! Then there was the depression... never wanna feel that low again...

I know our me ppl that av give up smoking weed for 1 reason or another,they 1 lil health prob,paranoia sets in and it's all cuz of the weed. Don't get me wrong cuz i know that it can effect some ppl in the mind but if u ask me they had someting wrong up there to begin with. I been smoking weed for a lil over 10 yrs hasn't effected me,NO LEAVE ME ALONE,BLOODY VOICES IN MY HEAD. See im fine :-) i smoke in moderation,.. Honest ;-)
