@bonits, figured it out. WAV files have to be in the windows folder. Mine was in the My Documents folder, so I had to cut and paste.

@jomni - my conjecture on baller id bands-- the nba players (majority of whom are black) are fond of bling bling. during the time of dr. j and the rookie years of MJ, players were allowed to wear jewelry and gold chains around their necks. this was later disallowed for safety reasons, so to express their individuality they instead wore personalized headbands, wristbands, knee pads, socks, arm sleeves. players whose fingers are knocked up taped their fingers together, and those with sore wrists wore rubber wrist bands. ngayon mga bata in the playgrounds copy these nba players and wear arm sleeves ala iverson, tape their fingers together ala garnet and wear rubber bands ala kobe just to look ( and maybe play like their idols).
nike saw this and developed nike finger sleeves and nike rubber bands packaged as baller id bands. make bron and melo wear these things and youve got a huge hit! these things are always out of stock and are sold after market in places like ebay. go figure.
@xerx- kailangan naka baller id ka habang naglalaro ng basketball, kung hindi, di ka gagaling.
