What bricks did u saw? Coz until now the latest firmware that I use v4.39 haven't support BT audio, don't know v4.46.
If they use 3650, yes, it support BT audio.
BTW I think P800 size also brick is it? no offend.

nokia HDW-1 the first BT headset failed because you can hear very bad voice quality for both side.
HDW-2 the one with changable battery was not out yet....if this flop, I just wonder they will want to give it another try or not.
so for the time being, 8910 or 6310 user must get SE headset if they want to use Bluetooth headset.

nokia not only doing plastics....their primary business should be paper pulp (include toilet paper!!), TV set (biggest income before mobile phone start) and Tyre.....Nokian tyre...very famous there.
all IT related business (including phone and flat panel monitor) was very small before the current CEO lead the company.
