Hmmmmmm, if the calls are not abusive and you really don't want to change the number, then I'd probably figure out a way to simply not accept any calls from withheld numbers.
Of course the downside is that should any of your friends have a withheld number this would cause whole new problems.
If the calls are abusive (or turn abusive) both police and Orange have todedicate some effort to it
