Ok I have 2 x K800i (Both are unbranded and sim free)
1 of them with R1GB001
1 of them with R1JC002
In the software version the following has changed:
Java has been updated to JP-7.3
Text Version is now BT
There is no difference in speed of the menus. But the view of playback videos has been fixed. Now when you are browsing your videos the phone no longer crashes or freezes. Infact its now instant.
If you need to no any more please ask.
People are asking if this is a major release. Answer to the question is no. There are currenlty no plans for any major releases for the K800i. The fixes and firmware updates are now for exsting faults with the phone.

i heard that it will change your phone from CID 49 - CID 51. dont know if its true or not but i updated anyways since my phone is unlocked.
