get a SonyEricsson HBH-DS980 stereo bluetooth handsfree. A bit expensive. Though having no vibrator but very much durable and of excellent quality.

It might be expensive to some people but doesnt bother me.
Price = £69.99 (approx Rs.8600) but it is worth for it.

Hands-free = designed to be operated without the use of hands
Headphone = a pair of earphones joined by a band placed over the head
so no difference.
It works quite fine with pc (desktop,laptop etc). yeah u need a
bluetooth dongle (adapter) to use it with ur pc.
it can be paired with two bt-devices at the same time.. e.g. if you
are listening music via pc and ur cell rings, it will pause the music
automatically and u can answer ur call. The music continues after
call.
You can browse ur music, even ur contacts on ur phone with this
handsfree without touching ur phone. And a lots of features...
