Woohoo!! Have had an email to say my phone has been dispatched... wheeeeeeeeeeeeee!!

i ordered yesterday morning was told it was going to take 7-8 day delivery, it was dispatched this morning around 6am guess i ordered just in time to get the phone for free will probably receive the phone tomoz by dhl.

My order was dispatched at 6am too via DHL, so when am i likely to receive it?
I never received an email from 02 saying it has been despatched, did any body else get one?

I got an email confirmation, but I think that's because I upgraded online - you might not get one if you went via the customer service line.

@kokoko can you let us know when you get yours? As mine was sent out this morning at the same time as yours we should probably receive them at the same time too
I havent recevied a tracking number tho

i never receive any emails for my last two handsets but when i upgraded phoning the retentions line i said i never have received emails confirming my bill and they must have fixed it. I received an email confirming the order and 1 saying it was sucessful and another with the tracking number

I upgraded yesterday via the phone and received three emails from o2 in total. The final one saying it had dispatched and the other two just confirmation type things. Also expecting the phone tomorrow after checking the DHL site and seeing they picked it up this morning from o2. Can't wait!!

This is absolutely ridiculous. It seems like some of you have ordered the phone as late as yesterday and yours have been dispatched today. I ordered mine last Saturday and O2 have been very unhelpful telling me that the phone is out of stock on O2 online and that it has not even been dipatched. Anyone else had this problem?

Actually I had vodafone before but at least youve reassured me a bit
Its just that O2 have been lying to me while vodafone did not. I emailed them saying that Im going to change back to vodafone if they dont help me. Will that work?
