i use a moto A835,a hiptop n a low end siemens me45,my buddies use nokia 7600,6600,3650,6260..my brother use sharp zaurus,gx10..my dad a sagem myx-1(lol),mum a n1110..

we had went round a friends house and a few others came around to visit. at one point there were 11

none of my friends will buy their own, or if they do they buy the cheapest crap they can find. So I've had not much luck converting anyone except my Sister and brother-in-law. Once they saw how good my K700 was, my sis bought one. Then when they saw the K750, they both upgraded to K750's.
My best friend had my T610 for a while then I wanted to give her a vga phone so I gave her a sharp gx15
Then I got the K700 and gave a moto v525 to another friend. I gave my dad a Nokia 1100 ages ago - I didn't have a camera phone spare at the time. I still have the K700, but don't use it much. I'm thinking of giving that to my dad.
My younger sis bought herself a sagem (argh), my stepmother has a Nokia 8250, my mum has a cdma Hyundai.
In total, I've given three camera phones to friends. I don't know why but I just have this thing that everyone should have a camera phone

I use a T610, Siemens S55 and SL55. My sis uses a K700i my boss uses a Nokia 9500, I have three close friends, they use K750i, Nokia 6620 and SE T630.
I have used A2618, A2628, T29, Sony J6, T68i, Mot.V50, Nok.3310, 3330, 8850, Sie.S40

I suggest the following:
1. Simplicity and usability. People dont want to study rocket science in order to be able to use a phone
2. Durability
I am not a Blokia apologist, but it has occured to me that if more people buy Nokias than any other phone,
it must be that inspite of all we say Nokia is doing wrong they are in all probability doing at least something right. And apparently that thing scores high with most people

phones to friends and family.
So far I have 'influenced' them into buying: -
K700i - to a workmate
K800i - to a workmate
K750i - to a flatmate
W810 x2 - both to friends
K510i - to another friend
P990i - to my brother
K608i - to a friend
None of them have had any problems with them either.
I should be on commission
(Masseur, I know there is another thread on this subject but I couldn't find it after 20 mins searching
