At 36 I remember Golden Axe. I remember it was cr4p! One of the best games of your generation!? Now THAT'S uninspired!!
Space invaders was the game of my gen, but that doesn't mean it can keep my attention for more than 5 minutes. Most people have moved on, have you seen the games available today? Or are you still too busy playing Binatone tennis?

Yes, well you would say that wouldnt you, uninspired is the last comment or should I say bitchy comment you made, Binatone Tennis? Could you not have streched your imagination to aspire a more clinical response?
Fact remains, P910I IS and WAS marketed as a Smartphone with Multimedia capabilities. They included gaming, I am agreeing, some more members are agreeing, and so should you as you can not offer an alternative arguement, other than a rather prat-like 'advice' than... "Get another phone."

When it comes down to it, I reckon that the blame here lies with SE...
The P910 is technically speaking more than adaquate for running games. They run fast, smooth, the graphics can be very good, the sound isn't bad but there's one critical thing missing: Decent controls.
Why on earth they didn't make it so that the qwerty pad can be used in games I'll never know (correct me if I'm wrong, but I've never seen a game that uses it so far)?
Or why couldn't they have released an add-on joypad like the EGB-10 that you could get for the T610 and other SE phones? Again, correct me if I'm wrong on that but I don't recall hearing about one for the P series phones.
I'm not denying that the P910 was designed almost exclusively to be a 'business' phone but if that is the case, then surely SE shouldn't be advertising it's capabilities as a gaming device AT ALL. That may sound harsh, but in my opinion too many companies are willing to stretch the truth a little in order to sell their products.
The gentleman who started this thread obviously thought that the P910 would be at laeast a capable gaming device, I wonder how many other people thought that?
When I bought my P910, I remember the sales guy telling me something like "Oh yeah, you've made a good choice there. That phone does absolutely everything and it's great for playing games on, if you're into that..." Since I'd already done my research on the phone here and elsewhere, I just smiled to myself and kept my gob shut

The P910 is great for games that are controled with the touch screen, and I wouldn't trade that *analog* control for some *digital* left/right/up/down buttons. Just one example: SkyForce.
But I must agree that it lacks buttons for other types of games, like platflorm games.
Let's hope in the P990 SE makes the qwerty is accessible for the games.

Skyforce can be easily controlled using the stylus. Don't mind the navigation at the bottom of the screen. Touch the aircraft itself and move your stylus to the direction were you want to manuver your craft. For me it's easier than a joystick!
