masseur,
I'm not really sure it there is a standard for mini-usb !
Currently I have 3 (!) different mini-usb adapters at home I keep switching all the time (I don't have many ports), and they are not compatible with each other!
One is from a Nikon camera, other is for an Olympus Camera and the third is for a Denver flash MP3 player.

I must admit my bluespoon ax2 headset has a mini-mini-USB but I understood the normal sized mini-USB was standard?
edit: and certainly the fact that the same sync/charge cable works on my V3, W800, i-mates and oooh, my old iPAQ 4700 too suggests some sort of standard

it's a defacto standard but no industry body has certified it so manufacturers often go their own way.

hmmm, things about it i don't like...
hell, i love everything it offers

the keyboard's blue illuminator kinda sucks, would prefer something white... but hey, it's a fancy phone
getting one as soon as it's out, don't care bout the price, since we don't have contract phones over here anywayz...

@Thami, yes the keypad can be removed from the P990, But unfortunately the keyboard cannot. There are afew images on the official SE website showing the keypad removed.
