You need to learn how to program in Java if you dont already know. Read some Java beginners tutorials if you have to...get good at OOP in Java etc etc and then learn the differences between J2SE and J2ME and then start programminging J2ME. At that stage you can look up tutorials on SE's developer site for certain SE specific methods for programming as well as some general mobile programming methods.
