Hey numb, i've just tested your mp4 on my w900i, and it really won't play. It comes up as an audio-only mp4. i'm guessing, you used the default profile in the xvid codec -as@level5.

You have to encode for most mp4 capable phones using the simple profiles, simple@level3 works best (max bitrate is 384000). It switches off the extended codec features like quarter-pixel and b-vops that will break playback on hardware mpeg4 players. You can use the chroma optimisations though.

What are the video capabilities of w900?
Better than k750? Can it deal with with higher framerates without stuttering ?

Finally, I got my w900 today !

What a beauty!

Any other high resolution videos please ?
I shall post more here that I 'll encode properly.

I use Nero Recode 2, standard profile.
