Well.. up until now the only EricssonMenu that is any good or useable is on the T68. And its still not useable because of the slowness.

Nokia has had Logical, fast and simple menus since the birth of cellphones.

That's true, Johan. Just ask justabout any Nokia user out there and they will agree. All my friends use Nokias and they all say they will not change manufacturer just because of Nokias meny system.

Ive had five Nokias before my T68 .. at the beginning i enjoyed my T68 quite a lot .. now ive had it for almost a year and under that period of time i have gotten 4 (four) new T68 handsets .. all exchanged on warranty.

I am really dissapointed with the quality on the handsets.
So im afraid i have to go back to Nokia again .. too bad, i had high hopes for SE.

Nokia, scared? Are you kidding? Nokia is the world nr#1 although T68i is the best mobile phone ever (technically and so on). I simply think that Nokia menus are known by anybody and fast and easy to use. They would be stupid to change something that brings so much insight.

Really sucks that every fu#king time someone brings up a new discussion about a phone that's not manufactured by Ericsson/SE, all these idiots crawl out of whatever hole they came from and start all these stupid arguments with all their ignorant biased statements!

Nokia today announced the world's first WCDMA/GSM dualmode 3G phone.
Also, its new colour phones including 3510i, 3530, 3650, 6610, 7210, 7650
are upcoming or evening selling in the market.

However, so-called "technolody advanced" company Ericsson,
and its mobile phone joint venture with Sony - Sony Ericsson,
seems are just still sleeping.

I think Sony Ericsson is doing something right.
They now put more attendion in the low-end market,
instead of releasing much expensive high-end phone.
Nevertheless, with the power of Ericsson and Sony,
Sony Ericsson should also release some advanced phone besides P800, a non-3G PDA phone.

Moreover, what consumers want are: High quality phone built, good quality control, stable operation,
good design, easy-to-use and user-friendly user interface, high voice quality,
good repairing serive, good after-sale service, etc.
Up to now, it seems that Sony Ericsson is not doing a good job in these aspects.
My question is, when do you want to wake up?

I don't think Sony Ericsson's low-end phones are attractive when compare with other manufacturers'.
Even worse, Sony Ericsson's high-end phones are now not attractive at all.
Polyphonic ringing tone is the basic requirement at this moment, if you want to attract youth.
4096 or more colours screen and high pixel resolution are the basic requirement for a high-end phone.
Good phone design is a must, while T100, T200, T300, P800 are not so good in my personally opinion.

Anyway, what i suppose is,
Sony Ericsson may announce their new high-end phones in October.
The date may be 1st of october,
the one-year anniversery of establishment of Sony Ericsson Mobile Commiunications.

Wake up as soon as possible,
Sony Ericsson!

I think that Ericsson menu system from T28 and above are far superior to the Nokia menu system. The T28 is way too slow though. But from R520 and forward it is great and much more flexible than Nokia's. And the T68's menu system is even better... This post was posted from a T68i
