For all those who are put off by the 18 month contract you could always go for this:

500 anytime xnet minutes and 200 texts for £26.25 a month.
Not as good a bargain as the flex tarrifs but then again still very good compared to all the other networks

You can also try companies like onestopphoneshop or e2save and get cash back deals on these types of tariffs and you could save even more, so you get an even better deal.

Have you used either of those 2 companies, if so what are they like? Are they prompt with thier cashback deals. Also, are you dealing directlly with the networks or via a 3rd party? Lastly can you port your number from another network?

Excluding the small (and we are a minoroty of mobile phone users on this site compared to the larger picture!) group of users on here, how many mobile phone users get confused thinkin how many minutes they have used and thats when they know the exact amount of free mins to use each month... imagine who confused they would be havin £180 of credit to use an then having to try an work out how much they have used...
Just like wen voda released the Stop the clock deals the other network havent released a similar deal as they wont want to b seen as 'copying' the other network!!!
So dont expect ANY of the other networks to produce similiar plans!

i took the 18month anyway because of the awesome minutes.
THey said that depending on what you spend you can get an upgrade on the 12-16th month which is not bad.

Plus ringing 150 allows you access how much of your allowance is remaining.
Anyone who can't understand that 1 text deducts 10p and 1 minute of phonecall deducts 20p from a monthly credit allowance of £180 probably isn't intelligent enough to have ordered a phone in the 1st place.
IMHO of course.

Im with Orange but say good luck to T-mobile for being differnet and adventurus.
If it looses alot of customers from the other networks then instead of being big headed watch and learn.
The new T-mobile tarrffis are great, easy to understand and now with this £7.50 of wap for unlimited all i can say is now watch this space for the other networks to really poop.
All i can say is that the Future is Magenta, lol
