AT&T and Cingular will also carry the P800 as well. o don't know why Tmobile users think that they will be the only one getting all the new phones.

AT&T will be carrying the P800 (confirmed) as well as the 3650 (rumored) when I was a dealer, we used to make jokes about (then) powertel, you think AT&T reps lie?? they would tell you ANYTHING to sell you a phone. Ever see a GSM phone that's compatible with Analog?

@ athiest
you missed a big word there, PROTOTYPE. I've seen SE give thier reps phones that wouldn't make CALLS.

Hi! I've looked around on this forum, but haven't yet found a reliable and definitive answer towards unlocking a T68i from AT&T. Can someone please forward me the details to do that asap?

Thx!

@ bigdawg...

AT&T might release this phone but I honestly think that Cingular won't. And if they do, by the time they launch it, the phone will be old. Cingular is way behind on launching the latest phones and the excuse they use? "we run the strictest test to ensure that our customers get the best product"... bunch of BS... most of these upper management idiots are from Atlanta or Tennessee and until recently, they did not know what GSM was or how important was a SIM card to a GSM phone...

Will the update & flash is it? from SE improve the reception I get from AT&T? My calls are constantly cut off or go directly into voice mail or garbled.

Please advise as I have always had Nokia and am thinking of going back...

I got unlock key from T-Mobile. I called custser and sad "I am going out of country and going to use my phone with other carier" they ask me to call back in 5 to 7 days because they need soem time to get the code. When i called they explaned me how and what to do....
Also sim card from T-Mobile cast 20$ but you can get it for free.
Whan you get service with them you have to sign contract for 1 year and card comes free. Also if you do prepayed 50$ 120minutes card also come fre in most of the places. Also when my old card stoped working in Nokia 8290 after using it in t68i I just went to there dealler and girl say it cost 20$ but she sad thats ok and just gave me it for free..... So just go to the t-mobile authorised deller they are chiper.
And if you want to get new t68i with T-Mobile after sign ig new contract it will cost you 250$ no rebates or any think like that.
