No, no, no. What did I find when I opened the package this morning? Only a W800!!! Right f*cked off! Phoned the upgrades dept. and told them. '' Oh, I don't see how that could have happend? Its says W810i on our screen . We do apologise ''. To*sers!

Does it have the (vertical) orange menu? Can this be switched off?

Was hoping the w810 would use the standard joystick shortcuts...

Well, I phoned Orange earlier to make sure they had sent a pre paid envolope so I could send them the W800i they sent me buy mistake. I asked if they could confirm they they would send me the W810i I asked for. The guy said no problem and that I would be sent one next week when they have them in. I was a bit confused by this as I was told I would have recived a W810i on Tuesday if it hadn't been a mistake by the upgrades dept. But I have now been told that it was a mistake on the Orange computers and that they never had any W810i's in the first place. I was a bit pissed off by this so I phoned back and got through to disconnections. I asked about my PAC code. I told him about how I was sent a W800i instead of a W810i and that I've decided to switch network provider due to the fact that they could offer me the phone pretty much the next day. He apologised and said that a envelope is already on its way. He also said that buy the time they recieve the W800i back, they will have the W810i in stock and there will be no need for my PAC code. I'll be the judge of that. Maybe a few free MMS might do the trick!

I also got a W800, they first said that I had misheard the upgrade operator, then admitted that they had offered the W810 but shipped the W800 because the W810 won't be available until 8th April. I am sending the W800 back and will port my number, Orange tried to tell me that O2 customer service was bad, they should check their own!

Does anyone know the release date on T-Mobile?

Flext looks like a good deal for me - sick to death of orange pestering me about renewal and giving me stupidly bad deals!

Im waiting for this phone on T-Mobile too. The customer services say they don't have a release date as of yet. I did mention that O2 and Vodafone already have them in and all they could say was that T-Mobile have to go through strict quality control. I keep trying every couple of days. It ain't even listed on their website at all - not even as coming soon. The T-Mobile shop however state they they have been visited by a Sony Ericsson rep recently and the phone should be in "any day now".
