I decided to cancel my Orange contract and ask for the PAC. I phoned Vodafone and they offered us ( myself and my girlfriend ) 3 months half price line rental, free W810i, 200 minutes, 250 text for £20. They also said that they'll give us both a set of SE MPS-60. I think he said they were portable speakers. I was quite pleased considering I was paying £30 for 120 minutes and 250 text with Orange. Does anyone know if the speakers that are coming with it are any good?

Did Orange try to persuade you to stay by offering any better deal? Your deal sounds good. As long as u coulf live with the Vodafone branding. I certainly not. That's why i always go to o2 or by CPW.

Orange tried to offer me a better contract but to be honest the signal is no good in my area so it was better off me switching anyway. As for Vodafone branding, this started to worry me after I'd ordered my phone. But when the phone arrived, apart from the start up and shut down video and a small sticker at the bottom of the phone, I don't see what all the fuss is about. To be honest for the deal I was offered and the fact he's given us both a set of MPS-60 speakers all for £20, I can live with the branding.

Has anybody bought from this site?
http://www.megastore-electronics.com/sony_ericsson_w810.html
This is the cheapest i've seen the w810 for, but i'm a little reluctant to purchase from the website.....it looks a little shady.
Here in the US we can't get good deals for the "high-end" phones...we still have to pay $200-$300 and sign a multi-year contract

shoei: minimum order is $599. hehe. and you can only pay via western union. also, their physical address is in the UK, but they seem to only be offering products to U.S. customers.
