Me too. I know the rule is not sent in stone by any means as even myself judge someone more on there character etc when talking to them. But for the best possible chance of him selling it , it looks as though he will have to send first. And if i was in his shoes i would have no qualms at all in having to send 1st and recieving the money maybe a day after as at least i would be selling it

While I agree it can increase the chances of selling it shouldn't be the only factor.
You may also want to look at the user more and view some of his posts to get an idea of whether he seems ok. You should notice that at least he isn't just a new user who has registered simply to make this thread.
