Hey BigDawg, I have a press release for you:
27-Mar-2002 President and CEO of AT&T Wireless Mobility Services and Former CEO of Check Point Software Join Keynote Systems Board of Directors
http://216.239.53.100/search?q=cache:xRYvxhg5WyYC:www.corporate-ir.net/ireye/ir_site.zhtml%3Fticker%3DKEYN%26script%3D400+%22Keynote+Systems%22+AT%26T&hl=en&ie=UTF-8
... lots of other news from keynote
16-Sep-2002 AT&T Wireless and Verizon Wireless Lead in Performance on Keynote Wireless SMS Index for April though June
Ok, so anyways. AT&T is a business partner of Keynote so we know that they prolly had premerger conflict of interest, but really - can you deny this? The fact that AT&T IP Services points to keynote (a corporate parnter, at&t brands keynote tools for their customers) for information on their network is really unethical for a company whose suppose to be independent. But to make a press release like they did having an ATTWS President on their board of directors is borderline fraud. Do you really want to continue this argument? You replied to me first, and I'll never stop cause the force is with me.
Adding googles cache of keynote's PR:

@ highrez
Well bright boy, I just read you little article and I find funny that you said that the article i sent you was unfair because AT&T president was on the board at Keynote well gues what, that article is quite old seeing as it what written back in March in which it listed AT&T president Mohan Gyani but what you don't seem to know is that Mohan Gyani stepped down as AT&T president back in October but I guess only us Stockholders who keep a close watch on our portfolios would know that. The little article I posted was written this month so I fail to see how it was unfair towards any Carrier. Like so many other articles comparing the US carriers it Listed AT&T at the top followed by Verizon and listed your precious TMobile at the bottom. Next you'll be saying that JD POWERS is fixed as well..

Actually I think the article that you have STILL FAILED TO PROVIDE A LINK FOR was based off of this:
http://www.corporate-ir.net/ireye/ir_site.zhtml?ticker=KEYN&script=410&layout=-6&item_id=333961
Which was written Sept 16
Please provide a link to the article.
Also, unless the board member in question has dumped all of his attws stock there is still a conflict of interest.

Oh no! It looks like Mohan has yet to dispose of all of his stock:
http://biz.yahoo.com/t/96/471.html ... Out of the original 200,000 shares of ATT Wireless stock he received he still has 137,367 left.
Adding the following links (it appears Mohan did not step down in October):
