sorry, i meant the front end (or the whole chassis) of a w810 to a w800/k750

avance70 - It would be quite difficult as the keypad configuration of the W810 is differnt from the K750/W800. The screen is also slightly larger on the W810. It might be possible to mod all of those to fit but I don't see the point. A more likely mod is the back portion but I like the lens protector instead of the open one on the W810.
