dude, yes you can. (or so i think.) but anyway, you can always transfer funds from your bank account to your paypal account.
i think the only requirement for you to be able to sell stuff on ebay is to upgrade your paypal account to the premiere one, which doesn't really charge you initially - only after you've sold stuff.

and u can wait a maximum of up to 2 months 2 pay the fees before they suspand your account, so youv got plenty of time to sell the stuff on ebay and raise funds!

your options are probably limited by whatever minimum age restrictions apply for employment in your coutry/state/province/etc. if you're old enough you might be able to get work in supermarket or fast food restaurant. otherwise you could try delivering newspapers or a lemonade stand

nah j/k. Mate dont upgrade ur phone cuz ur mates have got ones u like...jus save and get one that suits u. Get a paper round? Work in like newsagents and small shops? Plenty of jobs about if u that desperate for money but at the end its up to u and how much u willin to do for a phone...especially seeing as ur fone is good so dont see why u want symbian anyway...i mean theres only so much a fone can entertain u at any one time.
