even if I can download it from the server it doesn't mean all other countries have it...
has the possibility to make a selected release by only allowing certain countries/service points access to specific updates...

don't know... but still... only the firmware for T68i has been released, for MMS upgraded T68m it's still R5C and last time it took about five days before it was released...
