With both the E2save and O2 deals if you go through Quidco.com you can get money back. On O2 you get £35 so that makes the O2 online price £242.99 but E2save give £36.50 making the whoile deal only £213.50! Not bad seeing as the sim free price is about £435, making the phone from E2save half price!

yes, ring customer services and ask about paying of your bill to upgrade early. you'll have to pay in advance up until your 11th month, and then you can upgrade early.
it's what i've done, as i'm not due for upgrade until mid august, but i'm upgrading next week. the bill is already paid off, i just have to confirm it on wednesday.

my 12 months will start from next week.
probably going to sell my w800 for £50 so that covers the cost of the phone really.
