I don't see a threat to the K750 from the K800 - it's just a upgrade and not a major leap in any way. Major leaps are the kind that happened to K700 users like me during the launch of the K750.
And I believe that the K800 won't be in the league of the "legendary" sonyericssons in any way.
I don't feel like giving away my K750 just for a small upgrade, and as far as camera goes, my 5-megapixel CyberShot is way better any damn day!
AND HEY.....we have just began exploring the possibilities our 750s' - there's lots more to come from our modders like darkmen & oblivion. Frankly, would you let go of such a wonderful toy?

I am a k750i user and I have no plans of upgrading to the k800. It may have a better camera and additional features but, the k750i is more balanced when it comes to features and overall design.
I'm gonna keep my k750i, at least for now...

My 750i satisfies all my "mobile" needs so don't think I'll part with it. However, my company is buying me a new phone so I'll probably get the K800i and keep the 750i as a spare. I work in Vietnam and was advised by SE Vietnam that the K790i will only be available end August, unfortunately. I'm considering a weekend hop back to Singapore or to HK to get it.

I wouldn't say the K750i has hit the end of the road at all.
Like someone said, the PAYG market will snap up this phone, and the new red-coat will no doubt win more fans.
Also, the Cyber-shot range has only kicked off with the K800i and there will probably be more advanced models on the way, then there will be the age-old dilema of whether people should upgrade or not, say from the K800i to a K810i
.
Just like people did with the big W800i - W900i / W810i question.
If I had a K750i, I would keep it and wait a few months to see what K800i's big brother looks like.

When SE comes out with the Xenon flash AND the LED torch, (and add in the 3G etc...) then i'll upgrade...
for now i'll stick to my two K750i's thank you very much!
