i got it upgraded in culverhouse cross in cardiff s wales, not all cpw shops do them, only shops with service engineers

i've still gotta upgrade ma fone, i will either go to finchley or greenford, probz greenford coz its closer.
and yes it will be free (but that depends if your fones [got a valid/still under] warranty or not)
