mine has just died too!
its and O2 veriation... i switched it off and using SEUS pressed and held "C" and nothing would happen!
so i gave up and put the SIM back in there, and now nothing.... zilch... not a sausage! the only it does is, when you connect it to the charger the RED LED comes on for like 2secs and goes off! WTF is up?
im doubley pissed off because mine is just over 28days!
back to my S700i for now, untill i take it to O2 tomorrow!

Mine died a week ago. It went back to O2 via a shop, even though the initial purchase was by phone.
Nothing back yet its been 7 days and been told it could take 7-14!
I'm of the opinion SE should just be replacing them rather than repairing them.
I want my phone back.......

I had the same problem. My K800i just died 3 weeks after i bought it. It would not switch on. The red led in the infrared panel flashed when i tried to turn it on. SE was able 2 fix the phone at no cost 2 me. Does anyone know what is happening? R there any tech guys out there who can explain?

My mom and I bought a K800i each at the first day they where released here in Sweden. Then in august her phone got the white screen death!
Two friends here at my work also got the white screen of death at the same time. Mom and one fried got there phones repaired, my other friends phone wasn't able do be repaired, so he got a new one.
Then yesterday I talked to my mom. She was sad because her phone just died white screen death AGAIN!!! I told her that she must have got a bad phone. Meanwhile I synced my phone through IR vs my computer and suddenly the IR link was interrupted....
My screen went white and nothing happened!!! Had to turn it off after a while and then wasn't able to start it again!!!!
Told mom about this and then she told me that when her phone died she also had the IR port activated to send files to another phone.
Both my mom and I got the one long red light when trying to turn on the phone. Second attempt to turn it on gives 6 short flashing lights.
Have returned our phones for repair. Have to wait 3 WEEKS!!!! according to the service centre!!!
Hope SE gives us a RCA (Root Cause Analyse) on this!
So...add 4 more phones with "white screen death" to the statistics!

Cause i have two friends who got the same problems with their phones. They both have to wait for three weeks or something like that. But my phone is still working but i will sync everything with my computer more often after this.
