I have to use the usb to transfer my photos, it just wont work bloging from the phone and it pisses me of. I miss the whole point with mobile blog now

But i have to turn of the proxy to make it work. Do you know if it makes any difference if proxy is on or off? Is it a security thing?

The operators probably uses proxies to speed up the internet for the users. The proxies can cache commonly used pages so that it takes less time to display the page on your phone. Also saves them a little bandwidth. Proxies also enables the operators to get statistics of what people do with their phones, as all traffic then easily can be logged.

Well. If you experience problem with the blogging feature, it's a good idea to try turn off the use of proxy, but keep in mind that you will be in a non supported mode if you are in need of support.
Not all operators use proxy, and some who use proxy, blogging might work. It all depends on fuctionality and configuration of the operators proxy.
