Played fin on mine for the minute or so I watched. the colour was really nice and the frame rate fine. Was a smooth clear pic.

I use 728kb/s and 25fps, with 44.1khz sound and 128kb/s rate.

Good encoding with Nero Recode 2 if you have it using the PSP profile at 768kbps video 64kbps audio

i would guess the one i use, if you don't want lag that is. 1200kb/s maybe?
