nope, 2 intels...
1. intel iMac 17"
1. 12" Powerbook G4
1. White macbook(intel,obviously)
as for the cam, its a sony dvd camcorder, not sure of the make,but it pisses me off as there seems to be no way i can put movies ive recorded on it on my macs,as the mini dvds wont go in the slot loading drives of my macs and there doesnt seem to be any way to connect it via cables

O rite you got a diff one to me then. I believe there is some kind of disc adapter you can use?
Does it not have a firewire output on it or anything? If not prehaps a audio/video input thingy?

i thought a disc adapter would work too, but the genius bar said that it was a really bad idea,and would probably cause the disc to shatter.
it does come with this cable though so maybe i could get some sort of adapter for my mac

ah rite one of them, does it not have a firewire input thing?
Shattering discs sound bad to me, although I really don't think it is very liekly, a show called mythbusters tested it with normal cd drives, they had to modify a drive to do it and messed with the cds 1st. Basically unless your cd was put in a microwave 1st and your cd drive is faster then a supercharged angle grinder.
I think you can get a usb thingy that allows you to use it as a input...

<geek>
re. disk shattering
It does happen but it's bloody rare. I've only seen the results of it twice, i.e. a shagged cd drive and in both cases the disk was cracked to start with but the bloody idiots still tried to use it regardless.

really? i thought it would just get stuck inside.
edit: i tried to put it in my powerbook,and it just doesnt go in. usually with normal sized discs they are pulled in,but nothing happens when i try to put the small disc in
