finally, im glad the idea caught on, yep drhighs right, another way of doing it is getting rid of the sides so u just have two long pies, if you cut these right you wont be able to see them, i have done this and i have a pile of peices of card ready 4 use!!!

If you actually make a letterbox shape piece of card board out of one piece of cardboard and not two strips down the side as you are suggesting you are doing Tommac then you only ever need to make one gasket. I have secured my single piece of slotted card board to the mp3 player permanently with some double sided tape.

That'd be nice, SD is faster than MMC (in pc -> card transfers in this case) and the reader'd be more versatile. SD is more expensive than mmc but downwards compatible (mmc works in SD slots). Are you sure tho?

that would be gud but didnt se bring out the mp3 out before sd's were well known? i dunno neway can ne1 give ne sites with good backgrounds that rnt found everywhere, cus i just keep gettin the same ones whereeva i go.
