@voda-jon, the likes of SE give a near release date to keep you waiting for their product. if SE said a year ago that it would be september 06 then many folk would have gone out and bought a Nokia N?? or something else rather than have an 'old' P910 in their pockets. so when SE eventually graced us with the 990 the 'tech heads' would have something else already and would not be due an upgrade for 6 months or so..

I for one want to be a SE customer. SE products that come close to my liking are M 600 and W 950 but they lack advanced camera. Now I am waiting for a SE smart phone with Symbian 9.3 or a Window Mobile phone with Window CE 6 which should be on sale around new year. I admire the progresses of LG in development of touch sensitive phones especially in announcement of making smartphones using Windows OS. If this LG phone comes out soon enough I would be one of their customers.
So hurry up SE, Don't you have new smartphone with new OS like LG?

if they had the ability to release it on time, then the P??? that would be the 990's successor would be due out soon on time too. imagine that phone??????

SE smartphones\\phones are very good. I do not see any reason of getting bored with a SE. It has many things to be interesting to anyone.

the windows based handsets r makin a very good name for themselves in the UK... dont know about the US an canada, might b different as UK ones get very different firmwares installed on them by the networks...
but going by sales an returns figures they r doin very very well in the UK...

n80 better than p990??? in your dreams...maybe n93 can match, with different features
and your n73...my brother has one...image quality similar with k800, good OS...but where is a2dp???? My brother is pissed because he though such new device would had bluetooth stereo by now - but no, the so moder n series donīt have it, the first to have it will be n95.
I canīt see anything so much better from Nokia, besides the newly announced n95
