GPRS is cheap here in China. Use the 25$ flatrate(unlimited use) per month which is payed by my company. Speed is quite good since not so many people use it here. Other countries it is really expensive to use it.

Indonesian IM3: US$ 12 cents for 1MMS and US$ 2,6 for 1Mb GPRS. We have got GPRS and MMS from last year, IM3 give us 1 year free service *tagtag.com/enwui for poly + java apps*
