Installs and works on my k700i, though only if downloaded on pc and then sent to phone. From the wap site it says that my k700i is not compatible.
Once installed, I do the login and then it stops with the 'loading...' message.
I use it in belgium, where it is said not to be supported (only US) ... so is it the phone or the connection?
Anyways the gmail wap-site works like a breeze on Opera Mini.

I have the same problem. I already have the Verisign class 3 on the phone but I still get the certificate error when connecting via the gmail applic. Help please.

Edit: Just Googled this problem I'm encountering. Seems that the k750i lacks ceertificates (obviously) and after downloading and installing a few certificated, I gound this:

https://www.verisign.com/cgi-bin/support/rootcert/getrootcert.cer

right click and save target as. then send to your phone via blutooth and install. THis solved my problem. Hope this helps you too.

credit to dkt. whoever he/she is. thanks a lot.

eeiba U R GREAT!
Thanks a lot!
Exactly as you described.

Edit: Accessing my email with the gmail mobile, I downloaded 43KBytes and uploaded 2KB (45KB total).
Using opera mini and checking my gmail with it, I downloaded 2.2KB and uploaded 1KB (3.2KB total).
The difference is HUGE!!!
I will stay with opera mini, because KBs cost...
gmail java is 14 times more expensive! D)

Yeah, your right, less data is sent and recieved. I've edited my k750 message menu, removed the built in email client and replaced it with the gmail application. This is absolutely great.
