oh right ... just i read in the thread titled "Why Vertu is Expensive" by axxxr, that the battery cover is made from liquidmetal and is described as....
"Liquidmetal is an alloy that whose unique atomic structure results in a material which is extremely durable and scratch resistant, making it twice as strong as aerospace grade titanium"
