I am sure that se and nokia already lost and will lose some more market share against samsung, siemens, alcatel and it seems these days here in romania everyone is an alcatel 311 fan cuz they r cheap, small,no antenna..my point: the traditional makers can't keep up with smaller, more flexible companies.look at motorola-almost dead..

Can someone please explain to me why EVERYONE on these forums spells lose as loose. By adding the additional O you change the meaning of the word totally, lose means to lose something, to not win etc. Loose on the other hand means not tight etc, as in the sweets are loose in that box. Sorry for going on but this is a very common mistake, and one that is repeated time and time again here on Esato.

Most recommended mobile brands in the US:
1. Motorola
2. Samsung
3. Nokia
4. Sony Ericsson
Nokia is falling down at the same time as

is climbing up according to Wachovia Securites (from Mobil.se)
Keep up the good work Esato members!

1. as far as I can tell P800 can for me be also numbered P666-as far as I can get phone as promised;
2. I am not going to say Connecting "retarded" people, but just think-here only kids buy massively Nokias ("menus are so simple" they say...) and on the other hand snobs high-end phones like 9210, 8890.... But that is another story....
NO kia

The menus on newer nokia I feel have lost the right to be called simple and easy to use.
Some things about nokia menus are good.. but some things suck.
On my 3510(don't worry.. I've ditched it) there was 13! items on the main menu. and since there is only a 2way directional button and the menu items being more than 9. Maneuvering it can be a pain. especially since the tools(calculator, stopwatch etc..) is number 10(or it was the organizer that was on 10... doesn't matter. both are used quite a bit) getting to it is a pain. Wap is also in the >9 area.
This way of arranging the menu was great in the "old days" when the phones lacked features. But not anymore!
On t68i every menu item is 3 or less keypresses away. And since the main menu consists of 9 items. one keypress is enough. Writing a message on a nokia meant pressing 3 keypresses. On t68i it can be 1(setting write new as the first in the quick menu and holding The only thing the nokia excelled in was adding a new contact(you only have to type the number press a button, choose store and write the name and your done).
Now this post contains exagerations. As 4 keypresses(for writing a sms) isn't much nor is it hard. My point is it's inferiort SE's solution.

I tried the Nokia 7210 for a longer period today. And the menu system is much worse than the T68i. It has no overview and to many options.
And people who say that the menus on the T68i is slower than Nokia 7210 are wrong. I think the 7210 menus actually feels a bit slower. (I have R5C software on my T68). And when using the wap-browser the T68i also feels faster. All that about Nokia being faster is just crap
It might have been true compared to the early T68 softwares, but not with the newer ones.
