You need to download and install the application first.. then follow the on screen instruction... it will auto detect and determine what version firmware to download

Yes it is I live in Holland and I've got a K800i non-branded, with KPN and I've got R1GB001

i tried updating my k790a through the SEUS but it says my phone already has the latest software, however when i check the system info (Software Info), it says R1EG001.
