Yeahhh phone is faster now, sometimes got the impression that the sound is funny, but when I take it on my hands or use the deskstand with speakers, it's all fine.
But strange thing ... the USB is turning on by itself !!!
Somebody has the same problem ?!

In Opera Mobile, still XML error, and the home page cannot be canged (not a bug, but it sucks!).
Maybe this has been discussed before, but correct me if I am wrong, to change the homescreen simple manage your bookmarks so that the homescreen that you want is the first bookmark on the list. If I am not misstaken.
Cheers

Yes, but how do you make a bookmark to be first? There is no option for this, is there?

I've also updated my phone to the R9 firmware...my problem now is that in Opera sometimes I cannot type "space" caracter ( ) i've tested the space key in messaging and in agile messenger and it works perfectly but in opera most of the times if i type "sony ericsson" it appears "sonyericsson"!
Do you have the same problem??

1. The green notification light now goes out whenever I touch any key - even when keypad is locked. Very annoying, because when wearing the phone in a pocket/belt clip etc. buttons do get pushed accidentally and then the light is gone - have to check the screen again (which was already a feature of the P910)
2. Max. characters for SMS is now down to 153 for me......no idea why......
3. SMS notification time: still only shows the time when SMS is received and not when it was sent. Reported to be working for everybody else, unfortunately not for me.....

My menubutton is dead. (The one in the middle on the flip) Hardly a FW-problem. Probably a mechanical. Anyone else with this problem? Got three options now. Flip on and use scroll wheel to select, remove the flip or go to the shop and see if I can get a new one. Any suggestions?

I personally like this feature. Most of the time I use hand recognition to enter the code and it's really useful to check if the code is correct. I don't see why it should pose a security threat?

@ Ares.
The sound when in a phone call, the one coming from speaker is far way lower than the previous firmware.
I agree. At first I thought the sound level was set to low but even at maximum level the incoming call sound level is far too low for me. If you are at a crowded place it really does bother me. Strange thing is, FM, music and video players seem to have louder sound levels. This definitely needs to be addressed in the next fw.
