service centres wont even bother to check the phone if its water damaged..it will just be a complete headache for them coz the phone would likely die anytime..

so last night my phone finally died, the screen went white and then it just turned off, i had full battery too. Nothing happens now, it just gave in. But luckily SE announce new phones on the 14th so im happy. I just ordered myself a S710 until the K850 comes out. It was only $100 brand new.

Last night i was really drunk and i dropped my phone down the toilet. At first the phone was going crazy. I'd press one button then it'd go onto so many different things. I find it amazing the amount of times peoples phones get it contact with water of some sort. and the phone dies. The nearest any of my phones,(and ive got plenty) has come anyway near water was when my 8310,(and it was in a case) dropped out of my pocket as i was getting out of a car and the bottom got water on it.So when i connected the headset and turned on the radio it said 'Please connect headset' I left it for half n hour and it's still working today. That happened two years ago.

Oh my god i know. I dropped my k800 in the bath,it sat there for a while(i was in er, shock) Pulled it out,and it all worked fine, but just in case,i hairdryed the thing. Well it still works. But for sometime now, my camera has been EXTRA good. I barely ever need the flash. However this is a good thing as the flash has turned so bright its like the gadget from MIB! You could blind someone!
Now maybe i should have gave it a bath when i had the WSOD!
