Funny how the "pretty reliable info" about week 5 was wrong... It's week 6 now, and we're at the second fw update since the info came out...
Anyone noticed any changes yet?

Ha ha ha!!!!
This is really funny.
Now the firmware has issues with the transitions.
I click in the activity menu on any icon, the icon becomes bigger and bigger (correct).
Than I click back and the reverse animation is not played anymore. And the icon is not drawn. It shows an empty place in the activity menu. But if I click on that empty space it reacts correctly. Never seen this before.
It happens after I play with the phone and than I go to the shortcuts menu and return. Return animation is lost.
Could this be a theme issue?
Hmmmm...
And about RAM.... 15.7M is the max I saw after reboot.
I think it is a little bit more than in previous firmware.

@sosojerk:
I noticed that a few time with R4A (R9) too, never could figure out the case, but a reboot helped for a while. Still a few weeks since I saw it last time, though.

Yes,
The reboot makes it go away.
It could be an issue with the current theme, not sure yet.
Have you seen it before on the default SE themes?
Also, another issue. The damn phone CRASHED when I applied one of the installed themes.
I think SE is totally gone crazy. I start to regret this update
And one more issue. The damn update put almost all the languages in the phone having the internal 60M ROM almost full. Got messages like "No space available in the phone..." etc etc...
The update installed all the languages.
If you have the issue go into c:/install/languages and delete some of them from there.

My previous post was an understatement, the phone is soooo much faster after update. Gallery, menus etc, all loads faster!

Uh oh... SEUS gone bad... downloaded the update fine, but after a while into the flashing, it just goes back to main screen... Tried again and it could recognise the phone, but same story again. Now I've done a reboot, so I'll try once more.
If it fails again, where is the firmware files so I can remove them (it?) and redownload?

What did it say in the main screen?
Mine said "Software update finished".
And it was ok.
But it jumps from just 51% directly to that screen.
Check your phone.
It might have been correctly updated but that screen jump in SEUS might lead you to think that something went wrong.
