I for some reason was kinda shocked when i saw MJ was using a T637. I mean was this filmed right after the 2nd movie?

I taught it was a T610.

Goodness knows...
some phones are still well sought after in the US though so probaly why they still use it

Even we don't use the T637 any more - Cingular carried that many years ago, but no more. You can only find it on eBay now.
Having owned both a T616 and T637, I can surely tell you, MJ was using a T637.
