Your right about the radial blurring. And it was still there in my V800 - argh!

i think u guys r right about the noise prevailing in k700i. its annoying but what about the pics in outdoors??

Quick photo comparison between the Motorola V3's VGA camera and the K700i's VGA camera - both set to the highest quality, K700i in VGA mode rather than extended mode:
Pic of my rather untidy desk - just realised as well my PC screen's on another certain well-known
site!
Moto V3, not sure if my hand was a bit shaky so might be a bit more blurred than it should be:
K700i:
And another V3 picture I took yesterday, was a quick shot and don't think the lighting's that good, bright sky washing some detail out:
Overall, the K700i picture looks to have better brightness and contrast, but the 'noise' is evident, V3's a bit sharper with a bit more detail - taking into account my lack of photography skills!
What do you think?

the sharp gx 20 had one of if not the best VGA cam i have seen on any phone, it included macro mode too which was excellent

my current w300i vga camera is really good quality both pics and video. its interpolated to 1.3 megapixel whatever that means.
