4Gb Sony (not high speed unfortunately), used for mp3's and pen drive type storage. Most of my stuff is Sony so Mem Sticks work with me.
I've noticed some ppl with 8Gb cards. I don't suppose you'd let on where you bought them from?

4 gb sandisk ultra II
the best one that i have used in p990i .. No difference in speed, in comparison to opening from the internal memory... and no issues what so ever for the last 7 months

spent a little extra for a genuine one and you will love it.....

4gb Sandisk, bought it for a whopping USD$145 about 6 months ago but worth every penny as it is very convenient & reliable....been using it mainly for pics and movies-and this is why 4gb is never enough. Can't seem to find 8gb anywhere here, would've gotten it in a heartbeat if it was available

i was under the impression that the 990 can't read cards at high speed so buying high speed is almost pointless?? the only plus would be putting the card in a card reader to transfer stuff 'high speed'.

2 x 1 GB Sony High Speed
1 x 2 GB Sony High Speed

...and yes, even if the p990 won't read at high speed, my reader does! And who says I can only use those in my phone...

I currently use a 2gb Sony but I want a 8gb when the price is right. It's around 170-180€ i Norway but a 4gb is priced around 50-55€. Never had a problem with my 2gb.
