Another question for BJAMBEAN or anyone who can help.
On the SPV can you store a persons contact details and set a default number like you can on a T68.
e.g Home no.
Mobile no.
Work no.
E-Mail address

THANKS

I'm selling an unlocked SPV on Ebay (was officially unlocked by Orange Denmark, I have the ul-code). Complete with add-on camera and english UI.

I made a little quicktime video, showing (upper left corner) that it's running on the Libertel network.

to Ian yep it is definately possible I came across it in the manual.

The SPV will set the persons work number as default (this is a business phone!) unless you set otherwise

Problems / Bugs:

Some Pocket PC themes don’t work correctly and I don’t mean the animated ones, I.e. some of them will cause the alert screens to be one colour, making it impossible to read the alert. To test this press the volume key once you put a new profile on – it tends to be the darker colours that don’t work too well.

Media player is missing loads of blinding obvious functions that it should have i.e. PAUSE! For instance or even a forward and rewind button, what about the ability to turn the back light on and leave it on while watching a film / video clip!

Ps I've got the new Vin Diesel flick, knockaround Guys on my phone at the mo

I've got a feeling that I'm gonna send this phone back.

I can't handle a phone which must have a daily charge - If i were to forget to charge this phone it would die on me throughout the course of the next day, definately!!!

The manual also states that if the phone dies there is a possibility of data loss! not too good

I just have to say that Orange had the chance of having a winner on their hands and if they had left the microsoft certification system in place I may have put up with the poor battery life but I can't honestly see a company like orange pulling their finger out certifying loads of software

Maybe I'm wrong guys but as of Friday I'm be back in the t68 threads!

If time proves me wrong I may come back to the SPV but at the moment it's lackings out weigh the new features that it brings to the mobile communications market, if so I will come back with my tail between my legs with a brand spanking new spv with no bugs, a lightening fast OS and the ability to run any pocket pc app
