In Turkiye they don't have too much choices on branded phones.
Avea offers Siemens AL21 (Normally around 180 USD) for 36 dollars.
Turkcell has Nokia 2610 (unbranded 104 dollars or so) for 120 dollars, plus 1000 credits on pre-paid (250 min.) to be used within the same network.
On the other hand, Vodafone offers W850 for $450 ($570 unbranded)..!

@aatuif, it is the lowest legal wage that is to be payed. Some in-depth info here:

Although there are certain amounts that are covered by laws, it is no secret that some employers actually pay less than these numbers.
