My friend's T100 (many years ago) keypad was very good, felt nice to deal with, great teactile response.

My old T226 had nice rubbery numberpad wich were great, just a bit rubbery; and excelent call and hang up buttons and d-pad.

Then was my T630, wich keypad was a bit hard and plasticky, but with good response although my fingers get tired after a while. Joystick was a bit soft though.

Now I'm with a K750 wich I think has a great kepyad, plastick but not very hard, and good joystick too.

Although some of my friend's phone keypad I want to praise is the:

Nokia 6230: keypad like K750 but a bit softer to press wich felt good, although pressing the center of the D-pad was sometimes tricky.

W810: very nice kepypad, one of my favourites.

K300: Definately the best kepyad for my liking, plastick but great response and not too hard or too soft, with a nice low 'click' and goo joystick too.

Ive also tried the W550 keypad but I think it's a bit too joined up in verticals, so it's not really for fast typers, but the D-pad was excelent, specially the center button.
