Oh stop being so needy and worrysome!
I went from w810i to w880i. All you have to do is look up the dimensions and specs and decide what you want. If you were REALLY bothered about the camera you'd have gone with the K800i; everything else about the w880i is just fine.
The phone IS practical, and the keys are just fine. In fact the phone is virtually identical to the k800i except for the camera and light, which is an amazing acheivement considering the incredible thinness. Obviously if the phone is 9.4mm thick then the speaker is going to be tinny... frankly the k800 is a brick.

you have 14 days from the moment you have recieved your handset to call o2 to change it, if you want to change it, they should arrange for a courier to come out to your home addy and swap it over with a replacement diff model, but past 14 days your stuck, what i would really do if i was you, is go into a mobile store try out the handsets in the store then make up your mind if u want to change it or if u are happy with it.

It didnt come today, sadly, but one more question is it as fast as my W810 in terms of games or menu speed... loading photos... or is it slower... or quicker for that matter.

It came and WOW thankyou everyone for your constructive comments, it really is an amazing phone. I have small fingers, and dont mind the keys, and the camera is just fine for my needs. Still when going out to a crowded place may still take my W810.
