i respect peoples opinion of course. We cant all have the same likes/dislikes. There are some who. for example, say xxx has a crap media player, even when they have not used the phone! how they can say that, i dont know.... and in the one thread, people can repeat them selves over and over abusing one company, not just
say it once, make your point, then dont say it again... the more you say, the more stirr up people, of course leading to arguements....
if you dont like something, dont say it so harshly or if you say one feature is crap, make sure you actually used the phone before you say it....

i think this is really about "streitkultur" - a lovely, hard to translate German term for, eh, culture of argument/cultivation of debate... It's mostly just the inability to "suck it up" at the right time. Repeating a real argument is one thing - repeating some cliche/prejudgement/prejudice/misinformation etc is quite another thing... Has nothing to do with SE or nokia or moto...

Firstly. this is a forum to discuss whatever aspect of a phone/brand etc...we wish to. Not just the positive aspects...which would be very dull and would in many cases offer a limited perspective.
Secondly, the reason things are perhaps changing is that when old boys like me first started visiting the site, SE was renowned for its innovation - it was its unique selling point. Other brands have subsequently caught up and overtaken. SE is now persuing a far more 'middle of the road', mass produced mobile phone business model. Its original raison d'etre has changed. This is bound to cause disquiet among SE loyalists who wish that their brand might still preserve its original strengths, whilst accepting that it has to adapt to survive and prosper.
Finally, as I have repeatedly stated before on this site, trying to censor Esato in the way that you intend is pointless and bound to fail, on a pratcical level...regardless of the moral arguement you are trying to make.

how do you know der are 2? from what i can see, a lot of s.e fans have gone and converted to nokia fans by buying handsets like n95 etc. think this forum is becoming more and more nokia instead of s.e.
