I have the same problem too, and no item available in control panel to deinstall the package ! The only solution found is to reinstall the old 1.3.11 ...
I have been in contact with SE support and was able to continue. I am using XP SP2. The solution was:
- Start the install program.
- At the questions regarding restart don't press anything.
- Locate on disk the RarSFX0 catalog in either "Documents and Settings/Local Settings/Temp" or c:/windows/temp".
- Copy this catalog elsewhere.
- Close the reboot dialog by pressing No.
- Start the PCSuite.exe installer and you got the installer running again!

I tried that advice (thanks michael) and it worked.
Only thing is, this version SUCKSS!!! it takes forevvvvvvvvver to synch!! and then it keeps adding mail to my PC from phone that I dont even know wehre it came from, old ones from before. Its annoying!!!!!
anyone have these problems? does reverting to older version help at all?
