I think it looks good compared to other phones on the european market! A bit like t65 though... But he it doesnt have poly i dont think it will be a hit ..... :-(

Its for CDMA in US, normally CDMA phones are a bit weird design or big chunky with antenna, but this T608 is very simple & clean with bluetooth & java and no antenna, that's kind of break through for the CDMA phones........I think its a one of the best looking CDMA phone with the best features on the market !!!!!! Anyway, anyone knows how many bit colour screen it has ??

DoCoMo do not use CDMA, they use PDC and WCDMA

have never made a phone for J-phone. They make handsets for DoCoMo and KDDI/AU.
As I understand it, although this T608 is a CDMA handset, a GSM version will be unveiled next Monday. I've talked with Bart before, he has good contacts and I'm gonna take his word on this one.

I have never before commented on the design of a handset before holding in my hand.... and I'm not going to start now..
And as for all the people waiting for
to import their Japanese handsets to Europe, they make the ugliest, most under-specced handsets in Japan.
As I have said before, they are the only manufacturer, major or minor, not to release a camera-phone.
I am really starting to lose faith in the joint venture. Maybe its easier to say in hindsight, but the 2 companies looked better on their own..

Relaxe man. Give them a chanse. They are onley in the begining. Don't think that 2 companies like Sony and Ericsson is playing. Just have some patience. They have products in the high end segment end the first products was to the verry important low end. I'm sure they are comming and they are going to be verry competitiv phones.
