pretty much since its been out. i had the k800 for about 5months, no problems with that either. And the joystick on the k810 feels a little more solid than the k800 one, so it should last ok. 'if' it was to become faulty, warranty will cover it.
guess im just lucky with my phones considering i '''rarely''' have problems with them...

btw the K810 is for 26000rs at the moment which is totally not worth it. You can get a P990 for 4000rs less and many really good nokia phones.
